South Fork Vacation Rental and Boarding Stable

One bedroom cabin on the Virginia Creeper Trail and South Fork Holston River.
Country setting with the river right off the back deck and Creeper trail in front.
$100 a night plus tax, two night minimum, seven nights $600 plus tax, $50 deposit to hold.
No smoking in house, washer & dryer, TV, pet friendly, everything is furnished but food.

Horse boarding and Trail rides are available. Self contained camping with water and electric also available.

Our vacation rental is located on the Virginia Creeper Trail and the South Fork of the Holston River.
We are ten miles from Abingdon and five miles from Damascus.

Your nearest neighbors usually retire early.

The South Fork of the Holston River is directly below
your yard, and is a prime fishing area. Kayaking and tubing are possible when the water is high enough. Life jackets are strongly encouraged.

The adjoining horse pasture borders the Creeper Trail and the South Fork of the Holston River.
Watch bike riders and kayakers from your front porch.

Boarding horses - $15 stall keep, $10 field boarded a night.

Directions:

Off I-81, take exit 19 onto Route 58 east towards Damascus. Turn right on Delmar Rd (Route 712). Cross the bridge and turn left onto the Virginia Creeper Trail (this is our legal driveway for a short distance.) First house on left is the rental house, 22281 Alvarado Road.

Additional Directions

From Highway 91, go through the town of Damascus on Route 58 towards Abingdon. After approximately four miles, turn left onto Route 711 (Alvarado Road). Follow Route 711 to 22279 Alvarado Road (house is on the right) approximately 1.2 miles.
